These two videos show the importance of both verbal and non verbal communication.Verbal communication, when we beleive exactly what we say, what we say is in line with our thoughts. Non verbal communication (gestures, look etc...) may prove the authenticity or not of what we say.
Communication isn’t just about the words we use. Of course that’s part of it, and it’s called verbal communication, which includes both spoken and written words. The other part is nonverbal communication, which is often stronger and more important than the actual words we say. Nonverbal communication is how something is said rather than what is said.
